SHOP AND ORDERS
When does the shop open?

Weโre getting the shelves ready, and our first toys are on their way. Leave your email on the Shop page to be the first to know when we open.
Are your products genuine?
+
Yes. We only sell official stock: every product comes directly from the brand or its official distributor.
What comes with my order?
+
Every order comes with a play guide card with five play ideas for your childโs age. Five games are ready the evening you open the box; your child will find the rest.
Do you gift-wrap?
+
Yes. Our gift boxes are edits chosen by age, gift-wrapped and sent with a handwritten note.
How will shipping, payment and returns work?
+
Once the shop opens, delivery times and shipping costs will be shown clearly before you pay. Payments go through a secure payment provider. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. We send every order in plastic-free packaging.
HOW WE CHOOSE
How do you choose your toys?

We ask every toy the same questions: Can it be many things? Is it the best of its kind? Is it responsibly made? Does it invite others to join? Will it last a generation? The ones that pass make it onto our shelves.
Do you only sell Dutch brands?
+
No. The Netherlands is our inspiration. Local or international, we judge every toy the same way: how it plays and how safe it is.
Why the seasons?

Alongside age, we think in seasons and in kinds of play. Spring calls us into the garden, summer to the water, autumn back to the nest and winter in by the fire, so our shelves change with the seasons too.
Are your toys safe?

Every toy we choose meets international safety standards such as CE and EN 71. Youโll find the details on our Toy safety page.

What is the waitlist? Do I have to pay?
+
No payment, no commitment. Joining the waitlist is free and non-binding. When sales open, youโll hear first and can buy before anyone else.
When will the price, size and delivery date be confirmed?
+
As soon as theyโre final, weโll tell the people on the waitlist first.
Where is Knoop in its safety testing?
+
Knoop is being tested to EN 71-8, the international standard for indoor and outdoor activity toys. Material details and the test certificate will be on the product page before sales open.
How do I put it together?
+
An assembly video and a printed guide will come in the box. Youโll find care tips in the same guide.

Is the Play Book free?

Yes, completely. Download the colouring pages, dot-to-dots, mini books and play ideas as PDFs and print them on A4 at home.
How often are new pages added?

We add new pages every month. Sign up to our newsletter and theyโll arrive in your inbox.
How do I unsubscribe?
